Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pediatrics and the ability to work collaboratively to provide excellent care. This role offers the flexibility of contractor or employee status, with a pay range of $35-$40/hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties

  1. ●
    Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations to assess the needs of pediatric clients.
  2. ●
    Develop individualized therapy plans of care tailored to each child’s unique developmental goals.
  3. ●
    Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
  4. ●
    Manage caseload documentation, including completion of the 10th visit summary as required.
  5. ●
    Maintain open communication with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client progress.
  6. ●
    Ensure compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and state regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. ●
    Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Idaho.
  2. ●
    Experience in pediatric physical therapy is highly preferred.
  3. ●
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation efficiently.
  4. ●
    Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and team members.
  5. ●
