Job Description

Omni Kids is looking for an energetic, full-time office manager who is looking to grow with a new pediatric therapy business. This person will perform multiple job duties including managing inbound/outbound calls, manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and be able to communicate with parents, physicians, and therapists. This person is often the first interaction a client has, as such this person will perform their duties professionally, respectfully, and up to the standards of Omni Kids.

Job Duties

  1. Manage inbound/outbound phone calls
  2. Perform intake duties of clients
  3. Check clients in/out
  4. Coordinating schedule between therapist and clients
  5. Create online patient portal files
  6. Create hard copy client files
  7. Perform preauthorization duties with insurance companies as needed
  8. Conduct cross-communication between practitioners (sending and filing faxes)
  9. Supervising and educating on sensory gym equipment
  10. Maintaining equipment
  11. Managing payment transactions
  12. Other office administrative duties
