Office Manager

Job Description
Omni Kids is looking for an energetic, full-time office manager who is looking to grow with a new pediatric therapy business. This person will perform multiple job duties including managing inbound/outbound calls, manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and be able to communicate with parents, physicians, and therapists. This person is often the first interaction a client has, as such this person will perform their duties professionally, respectfully, and up to the standards of Omni Kids.
Job Duties
- ●Manage inbound/outbound phone calls
- ●Perform intake duties of clients
- ●Check clients in/out
- ●Coordinating schedule between therapist and clients
- ●Create online patient portal files
- ●Create hard copy client files
- ●Perform preauthorization duties with insurance companies as needed
- ●Conduct cross-communication between practitioners (sending and filing faxes)
- ●Supervising and educating on sensory gym equipment
- ●Maintaining equipment
- ●Managing payment transactions
- ●Other office administrative duties
