Occupational Therapist (OT)
Job Description
Omni Kids is looking for an energetic, full-time Occupational Therapist who is looking to grow with a new out-patient pediatric therapy business. This person will perform therapeutic duties including communication with staff and clients for scheduling, evaluating the development of children, identifying client goals, creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans, and documenting to the standards of Omni Kids. This person will demonstrate Omni Kids’ core values of collaboration, adaptability, innovation, compassion, and integrity.
Job Duties
- ●Be involved in the medical history interview and evaluation process
- ●Create and carry out an individualized, innovative, and evidence-based treatment plan
- ●Adapt treatment materials and plans based on client needs and abilities
- ●Collaborate with staff on managing schedule
- ●Follow through with Occupational Therapist treatment plan and goals
- ●Document progress toward established goals and communicate progress appropriately
- ●Interact and communicate effectively with children and adults
- ●Manage and clean treatment spaces after use
Minimum Qualifications
- ●Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- ●Possess a valid Idaho license as an Occupational Therapist
- ●Bilingual (preferred)
- ●Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology
- ●Possess a valid driver’s license
- ●Current background check
