Job Description

Omni Kids is looking for an energetic, full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who is looking to grow with a new out-patient pediatric therapy business. This person will perform therapeutic duties including communication with staff and clients for scheduling, carry out individualized treatment plans, create innovative treatment plans, and document to the standards of Omni Kids. This person will demonstrate Omni Kids’ core values of collaboration, adaptability, innovation, compassion, and integrity.

Job Duties

  1. Be involved in the medical history interview and evaluation process

  2. Follow through with Occupational Therapist treatment plan and goals

  3. Create and carry out an individualized, innovative, and evidence-based treatment plan

  4. Document progress toward established goals and communicate progress appropriately

  5. Adapt treatment materials and plans based on client needs and abilities

  6. Interact and communicate effectively with children and adults

  7. Collaborate with staff on managing schedule

  8. Manage and clean treatment spaces after use

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Completed qualifications of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

  2. Possess a valid Idaho license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

  3. Possess a valid driver’s license

  4. Bilingual (preferred)

  5. Current background check
